What an incredible Thanksgiving dinner we had Blu. The food and atmosphere were incredible. As we walked to get seated at our table on the pool deck The contrasting blue of the swimming pool against the shimmering blue of the ocean was a truly beautiful site. Although they had prepared the traditional American Thanksgiving as an option, we opted to pass on that as we are all pescatarian and go with several selections from the appetizer and seafood menu. Everything was delicious, but the highlights for me was the tacos camaron, and burrata. Would also highly recommend the Grand margarita. Service was top-notch, incredibly prompt and professional. A great experience with an incredible atmosphere!
Our best meal in Huatulco. The view is great, the food is sophisticated but approachable and great cocktails. They were able to accommodate my partner’s allergies. The burrata dish was a highlight. Amazing live music, too. Omar was a terrific server. 7 drinks, 2 appetizers, 2 mains and a dessert for around 150 Canadian. We will be back.
Blu has new owners and the food is excellent. They make their own sourdough bread and their own jam and pretty much everything else is made from scratch, according to the owner. They have truly vegan options, as well. The service is also top notch.
Beautiful space overlooking the water. Very calm acoustic music with the sounds of the sea in the background. That alone was worth the visit! We had Omar as our waiter, he was great! The food was delicious! Highly recommend!

Incredible meal! The dishes are not only beautifully served but they also taste devine! The presentation of the food to its delicious flavours will make you want to go back for more! Be sure to try the chocolate torte for dessert. You will not be disappointed. Special thanks to Adrian who made our meal extra special.
All the food was great, well seasoned and not overcooked. Service was excellent, attentive with out a lot of interruptions.
